Day two. 05/02/2012

Breakfast - Bowl of fruit for breakfast (2 Strawberries, a Kiwi fruit and a Bannana)
Lunch - A Bowl of Cawl (welsh recipe which basically is a root vegetables in stock with beef)
Dinner - Subway (Choose the low fat chicken one, with sweet onion sauce as it had the lowest in kcals, on wheat bread) 

Snack: Snack-a-Jacks.

Drinks - Pepsi Diet (0.5 kcal)

Proud of myself today.

Also did half hour on the Wii Fit. 

First day. 04/02/2012

Today is going to be a difficult one because i’m working a night shift. I’ll be going to work 10pm and finishing at 6. Never done this shift before, so don’t know whether not sleeping will make me want to snack, also don’t know what to eat on my break which will be around 3am. I’m thinking, porridge, fruit and maybe snack-a-jacks? Bear in mind i work in McDonalds where i get free food, dedication!

Breakfast - All Bran Cereal (182 kcal)
Snack - Belvita Breakfast Biscuit (56 kcal)
Dinner -  Chilli Con Carne with Wild Rice (600)

Ate a Chicken and Bacon wrap in work with too much mayo - deeply disapointed in myself. 

Half hour on the Wii Fit
20 Minute Zumba (Very hard!) 

Actually going to get off my lazy butt.

And do something about this. I have been meaning to loose weight for months now, but it’s always ended with lame excuses.
My most common ones being;
-I’ll start monday. 
-I’ll start after my exams

Well my exams are over, and i need to get into gear. I’m unhappy with my body. I don’t want to be really skinny just tp have a healthy body, which i can bear to wake up and look at in the morning.

I’m 19, and if i don’t lose it now, i never will. My body and my skin are still young.
I currently weigh 16 stone (224 pounds) and am 5 ft 9 inches. (180cm)

My goal, for now, is 13 stone 7lb, and then i will see if i can, and want to loose anymore.
My healthy ideal weight, according to my BMI, is around 12 Stone, because of my height, and i never want to go below that.
